MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

At MWM, our goal is to rapidly expand our product line and radically increase its quality. Therefore we’re looking for someone with significant expertise in product delivery, management, and vision.

In this role, you'll be involved in the product strategy from beginning to end. You will take part in planning, defining, and delivering amazing apps, in cross collaboration with the Growth department and the Development teams.

You will be working on a portfolio of fast-growing apps used by millions of users. The challenge is to deliver the best user experience for driving growth!

• Lead your product’s success and be in charge of its continuous improvement with your own squad of developers and product designers,
• Define the product OKR and the roadmap with ambition, pragmatism, and in alignment with the company goals,Constantly
• increase the LTV of your users,
• Define and analyse user metrics that inform and track the success of your products with a data-driven mindset,
• Benchmark regularly direct the market and competitors, and be on the lookout for new opportunities,
• Own the vision for the products you’ll be responsible for, and communicate it to all stakeholders in a way that is both clear and inspiring,
• Foster a tremendous and stimulating atmosphere within the team.

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years of relevant product management experience in the mobile app industry,
• A true passion for mobile apps with a solid knowledge of mobile application trends and features, platform specific behaviours and best practices,
• Track record of multiple app or game launches,
• Previous working experience in a startup environment, dealing with native mobile apps or games,
• Proven leadership capabilities including strategy development, effective product & business decisions, and the ability to drive results,
• You know Agile methodologies and how to effectively deliver mobile products on the app stores,
• Strong analytic skills with extensive experience working with mobile analytics tools,
• Independent and pragmatic,
• You are either a native French speaker with excellent English, or Fluent in English with at least conversational French (as the position is based in Paris).

Even better if:

• You have skills in implementing business strategies based on subscriptions and ads,
• You are comfortable with managing several products at the same time,
• You have basic technical knowledge (API logics, iOS native elements...).
