MEETING YOUR TEAM

This role is in the Growth & Marketing team alongside your Video Marleting Artist colleagues. You will also work with the User Acquisition managers, Ad Monetization managers, and Product marketers. You will be focusing on the Chinese-speaking markets.

MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

• Creation of video ads in mobile formats for different user acquisition sources (Douyin, Wechat, Weibo, Tencent ads, Bilibili, Google Adwords.. etc),
• Analysis and performance improvement of the created videos,
• Benchmark competing ads and trends.
• Participate in the development of the reputation of our musical and creative applications via campaigns on social networks,
• Continuous research of new creative directions for video ads.
  

ABOUT YOU

• A first experience in the sector would be appreciated,
• Mastery of After Effects and Adobe Premiere video editing software is essential,
• Solid knowledge of the basics of design, marketing, and Chinese social networks (Douyin, Wechat...etc),
• Strong creativity and hacker mindset,
• Ability to step back and learn from your work to improve the performance of the videos you create,
• Strong curiosity, you are interested in digital and new technologies,
• Strong understanding of the current trends and culture in China,
• Native Mandarin speaker with excellent English,

Even better if you have:

• Previous working experience in the Chinese market.
• Previous working experience in a startup environment.
• Previous working experience in mobile games.
• Good knowledge of hyper-casual gaming and/or apps.
• Conversationnel French.
