ROLE OVERVIEW:
At MWM, we believe ads should be as creative and engaging as the apps they promote. As a Playable Ads Manager, you’ll lead the charge in creating, managing, and optimizing interactive ads that captivate users and drive performance.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead & Coordinate: Lead the playable ads team, including collaborating with a developer, brainstorming innovative concepts, and driving the ideation process.
- Ideation & Creativity: Develop fresh and engaging ideas for interactive playables and end cards that resonate with our target audience and showcase the essence of our apps. Continuously benchmark competitors and stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in the playables field to ensure our ads remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Playable Ad Design: Use Figma to create 2D designs for playables and collaborate closely with developers to bring your vision to life. Knowledge of 3D design and development is a plus.
- Interactive End Cards (IEC): Create and optimize engaging Interactive End Cards that complement the playable ads and encourage user interaction and conversion.
- External Collaboration: Work closely with external stakeholders, including networks, technical tools providers, and agencies, to enhance playable performance and explore innovative solutions. Build strong relationships with partners to stay ahead of trends and ensure cutting-edge ad delivery.
- Performance Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to track ad performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize for key metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, creative, product and technical teams to align efforts, share insights, and ensure consistency across campaigns.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Playable Ad & IEC Expertise: Proven experience creating and managing playable ads and interactive end cards, preferably in mobile gaming or mobile app industries.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dynamic playable platforms such as Unity Playworks (ex-Luna) and the ability to integrate technical elements into creative projects.
- Creative Skillset: Expertise in 2D design using tools like Figma; knowledge of 3D design or development is a plus.
- Performance Oriented: A data-centric mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and iterate to achieve results.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with external stakeholders (e.g., ad networks, agencies, and technical tools providers) to optimize and scale playable ad performance.
- Market Knowledge: Awareness of trends in mobile games and app advertising, with a clear understanding of audience behaviors and preferences.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills for working closely with developers, designers, marketers, and external partners.
- Drive for Excellence: A passion for creativity, performance, and making an impact on millions of users worldwide.
